Church Practicalities

UNDERGRADUATE LEVEL- SOPHMORE LEVEL

 

SP201- Basic Principles of Sanctification (3 SCH)

            To introduce and expose students to the principles of sanctification in the following areas: preparation of, process of, and seeking and maintaining sanctification.

 

SP204- Developing Wisdom (6 SCH)

            To expose students to develop godly wisdom. Emphasis will be placed on the content of the various wisdom books and the task of interpreting them.

 

SP206- Unity of Humility (3 SCH)

            To study issues and principles of humility to strengthen and improve your spiritual walk with God.

 

SP208- Righteousness (6 SCH)

             This course is designed to introduce students to some basic concepts in understanding God’s plan of salvation and how you can access it.

 

SP210- Discipline (6SCH)

            This course will provide students with the opportunity to apply the discipline teaching to a variety of life situations.

 

SP212- What Does the Bible Say about Love (6 SCH)

               To expose students to the true meaning of God’s love.

 

SPH214-Church Government (12SCH)

               To expose and evaluate issues, ideas, principles, priorities, and practices that promotes an effective Christian government in the church.

 

SPH 216- Conduct in the Church (6SCH)

            This course is designed to assist students on what the Bible says about proper conduct in the church.

 

SPH218- Loyalty and Truth (6SCH)

            To identify and engage how loyalty and truth changed in ministry of God’s people.

 

SPH220- Covenant (6SCH)

            To identify and expand upon the covenants that was made with various believers in the Bible.

 

SPH222- Calling and the Works (9SCH)

             This course is designed to identify the call of ministry in each believer’s life.

 

SPH220- The Remnant Church (15 SCH)

            To define the remnant church to students, and to identify key Biblical believers who were part of the remnant church.
